For this completed project for Sacai, a Japanese luxury brand, I have developed a (re)merchandising strategy for their menswear brand with a focus on a "high summer" drop for the S/S main collection 2022 or pre-collection. Analysis of the brand, Trend research & market analysis, Competitive analysis and positioning map, Analysis of the product offer and range planning, SWOT analysis, Creation of an 8-week product merchandise plan.
Overall, this completed project demonstrates a thorough understanding of Sacai's brand and industry. The proposed (re)merchandising strategy aims to maximize opportunities, satisfy customer demands, and optimize the apparel product category for a "high summer" drop in the upcoming collection.
